A character design done by none other than  Kiguri For the second Hebron named Joyd. I wonder...just where oh where did he come from? Disregarding Ravani's taunts he can actually use that irritatingly long blade, just not with conventional means of course. He's very new to this world and still has a great deal of development, with some luck he just might make it...just don't tell Ooun you saw him.
