I know episode 5 will explain this. At the time I am posting this, it is Saturday Night over in the United States, but I think in Japan, it's sometime in the late morning or early afternoon. Timezones. Anyway, I'm sure this episode has already aired in Japan, but as of the time of the posting of this picture, I have yet to see it with English subtitles.
