No this isn't a Sauron wannabe. Well, unless the Pterrans from Dark Sun were inspired by Sauron, which is possible... I think they look kinda like Baramos if anything (omg a dragon quest reference)
Well, Metamorpher had the nice idea on what to do with this char, which basically was someone who wanted to save an animal from a trap - only for them to bite her and run away. xD
Given that our Pathfinder world takes place in a Dark Sun inspired world (we wanted to leave its metaplot alone) and here the Pterrans are the "Nahadterras", and along with the Aarakocra were the first of the mortal races to walk the ground of Kamzeran. (Yes, surprisingly no halflings being first - also they don't want to eat you)
btw this is probably like the second or third art of a Pterran. XD
