Will the horse not take any further notes on his "volunteer's" situation? I am sure he can jot down more observations from just looking into her maw as the dragon disappears into it. Maybe just note the liveliness of the bulge?

As just an observer of this scientific process that needs repeated trials in order to be properly done, my presence is an outside factor which must be excluded for proper research. I could try and get his opinion as Abyss' powerful muscles pull him deeper by leaning my entire body in, or to begin a second paper which focuses on the external strength while the internal muscles knead at him.

Just like a nature documentary crew; I can't get involved even if I wanted to.
