Rahzar is a puppy trapped in a wolfman's body.

Never really quite fitting in with the other lycanths as he's a worn werewolf created by fluke and scientific means of the infamous interstellar waste product known as Mutagen Ooze. Under direct orders from the Shredder himself, Professor Jordan Perry ( from the research company T.G.R.I., a tiny little subsidiary of T.C.R.I. ) was forced to create the monstrous, putrid pup with the polluted, and powerful polymer-filled Ooze. Rahz's and Saki's kindred kin-kid Snapper Tokka's exploits to destroy the TMNT were chronicled in the internashunally reclaimed motion picture event of 1991 ::

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles !! : The Secret of the Ooze !!

A poison to the Mutagen by the good doctor would render the two Beasts rather umm.. intellectually inferior compared to their famous counterparts.

But where brains are lacking, brawn always fills in the gaps.

Rahzar is one Dynamically Dominant Dog !!

The "Gruesome Chewsome" tore the town red as they played as per their Mother's orders !! Turns out the Big Apple is also the Best Playground in the World !!

Rahzar famously-aimlessly clawed, clobbered , and night clubbed with LA.'s heaviest heavies like plopular actor / musician Vanilla Ice !! He slobbered and drooled, belched and barfed his way all the to the Holly Woof Walk of Shame ( he was promised a puppy treat & big box of beef n' bacon biscuit filled NON Anti-Mutagen Oozed donuts ).

But at the end of the film Rahzar and Tokka were sent back to the pound.

But rather than roll-over and play dead ,this Alpha-male's unstable mutation allowed him to move on to moderate success. The two-bit T-bone actor would go on o star in minor Boss rolls in TMNT video games.

And contrary to pup-ular belief .. him and his Prickly Pal would even go on to to take on the Turtles on the Small screen in their insanely famous Animated program.

But time moves on, and so did Rahz. He grew up. A bit more level-headed ( and some say smarter ) than his Bubble-Headed Baby Brother, Rahzar becomes the "Corey Feldman" to Tokka's unstable "Corey Haim".

Rahzar prefers to stick to the shadows of kennels and only comes out to howl at the moon and go for the all night benders with his other Holly Wood Hot Dogs of the Dawg Pack.

Sadly .. Tokka has become slightly alienated from his wolven friend, the best one he's ever had ( and prolly Tokka's only real one ). Currently Rahzar's whereabouts remain a slight mystery as the Toddler Terror goes off on a manic quest to find the answers to his miserable life and seek out vengeance on the Turtles and to learn the horrifying truths about his Mother, The Shredder. Quite a undertaking for the Snapper of diminutive brain power.

Then again some things unlike dogs just can't be 'fixed' no matter what.

But ya never know.. the junkyard holds many secrets, and with Tokka's house broken.. the threat of Rahzar and some other junkyard demons could come back to haunt the Turtles at anytime.

So if your sniffin' around for trouble-chow .. just hop on over to Tokka's wrong side of the tracks.

There's a big bad dog waitin' out there for ya in Tokkie's big back yard and he's waggin' wildly ,panting and ready to play..
