That's because that Mega Raichu is Darius! >:(
I just saw him steal Cocoa's Mega Evolution Stone in "Sneaky chu" and raid all of a whole entire cheesecake warehouse and steal and devour all of the whole entire cheesecakes in "Darius Strikes!"! >:(
He's a only Raichu capable of stealing any food and drink he thinks is his and that is taking full advantage of Cocoa's and Sparks' whole entire friendships and I DON'T like that one single bit at all! >:(
