As the title says, This is a 'silver-streaked water comet' dragon, the only species of dragon that is able to survive on all three of the planet's terrains: sky, land and sea, making it one of only two species on Terrasari equipped with gills, wings, legs and lungs.
Just felt like sketchin' a dragon and I chose this one for his unique quality.
