it has amazingly great form for a beginner! It still needs work but it's great. When ye are drawing think of some things like.... does is look... round...? *if it's needs to be whatever shape* does it look like it could have dimension? Are the parts *eyes nose mouth and such* aligned properly? *the eyes are aligned very well in this pic*
And also, practice makes perfect, it don't happen overnight. You've already started out wonderfully! Keep going!
