IngongYeou are a CLOSED Species - Do Not make one without permission!
IngongYeou are an endangered Alien Species that inhabits Korea. Their eyes remain closed in the day, while open at night. Their iris' create such a strong light that they are often seen as spotlights. Their skin is thick and smooth only growing fur in select places. While they are invasive to this world they can be found occasionally outside of Korea.
