Hey Nuova isn't the only one who's a master at martial arts! Sonyu, while not naturally gifted at the art of combat like her dragon friend, trained for 12 years to get where she is now! If that's not dedication to the craft I don't know what is. However, Sonyu's style of fighting is very different from Nuova's in a variety of ways. Nuova's style is much more aggressive and straightforward, befitting her dragonic nature. Sonyu's style is more evasive and almost playful, as one would expect of a monkey. She'll maneuver in and out of enemy attacks, essentially toying with them, getting in a few well placed strikes when the opponent shows their blind spots. However the strikes aren't extremely strong, enough to knock the opponent around and rile them up so they get angry and lose focus, allowing Sonyu to finish them off or incapacitate them. In addition, Sonyu is versed in pressure point combat and can skillfully jab at her opponent causing nerve issues or complete paralysis! So despite this simian not being an aggressive combatant, she is not to be taken lightly!

*TRIVIA: Sonyu has a strong phobia regarding extremely deep bodies of water such as oceans and rivers. While she can swim and has no issue with rivers, lakes, or ponds, Sonyu's fear comes from the almost indefinite and indeterminable depth that larger bodies of water offer not to mention the various creatures that may lurk beneath the waves.
