The approximate point where things started to spiral out of control.
I'd started having a yearning for a comic of all things, something showing Pinkie Pie in action when she gets impatient with someone. The first idea I had was for Trixie, but I decided ultimately I would rather do something more significant with Rarity, who here probably lives with/in close proximity to Pinkie Pie and felt like giving the head stuff a chance, but she pushed things a little too far with her narcissism and incessant chatter.

This was one of the most extensive single pictures I've worked on. Let's just say that before this I didn't know that there was a maximum number of layers you could have in SAI.
We'll talk more about lips in the follow-up.
