So its 1 AM, can't sleep, feel terrible and lonely and terribly lonely, and like a terrible burden on all your family and friends and the people you care most about in the world, all because of one thing that you can't seem to shake that's been bothering you for months on end so badly sometimes that you can't even sleep because of the nightmares you have about it, so what do you do?
