These are Gireon (younger) and Bengala (older) Kyriru. They are half brothers from the same mother, still Bengala protects and takes care of Gireon as one of his own. (btw, Gireon is a Liger)
As one of many things they enjoy together, they play music. Gireon is playing a shamisen and Bengala, a shakuhachi.
Yea, the title of this sketch is under the name of one of Yoshida Brother's tracks.
