After seeing the movie a month ago I started working on this painting. It took forever, but I am very pleased with the result.

Most western sci-fi movies make complex larger-than-life universes with lots of heroes only to convey everyday conflicts which could be seen in any supermarket. Soviets used simple sci-fi worlds explainable in a single sentence, in order to explore deep into the human condition.
I hope you'll never ever have to watch A Serbian Film (2010) 'cause it's several orders of magnitude more disturbing than this one. :D
