The madness continues, but at long last, there's a beautiful bright light at the end of the hallway near the top of the tower. (The players an Input have been slowly climbing) It's a tall electric lady, and Output!
Input is nearly in tears, happy to see that Output was not eaten by Scrimshaw like he thought he was. Ampere had saved him-- and Output speaks for her. Ampere was a long friend of Pheedback, but had left when she felt the Powerplant was turning into something she didn't like. She feared it would one day fall, and didn't want to be around for it. However, it was her home, and she couldn't let the place burn out. She came back just in time, and is ready to save the powerplant and help turn the lights back on.

Output has figured out a way- they'll have to avoid Morelord, and make their way to the 4 battery outposts outside the tower and manually turn all the jumper cables back on. When all 4 small towers are on, the power plant will be in full swing again. With Ampere's bright lights, she's able to scare Scrimshaw away.
