Haywire is very quick with his jerky and frantic movements, looking around the player's shoulder making sure they weren't fallowed. By Scrimshaw? No... worse.
Haywire is indeed the reason the Powerplant was shut down and overloaded, but for good reason... Something awful has appeared, an anomaly. It shouldn't exist, but it does, and it's going to be a big problem.
