So what you're seeing here is what happens after Laura got her position at Nisha's company. With enough resources to finally work out the kinks in her prototype, she's no longer zapping cities from their dimension and into the carpets or the lab floors. Instead she's perfected the art of getting them into her handy observation chambers. Ok, so they're just empty bottles, but they're still perfect for brief observation before sending them away.

There's only one Nisha rampage story, I think. I've yet to get into the specifics of her tabletop world though yet. I do plan to get around to it eventually though.
