Free commission for

Since I'm not good with commissions and school has started eating up my time, I've decided to let him have his commission, or what I have for it so far for free for being so kind and waiting so long.
I really am just sticking with selling my own comic now, so I hope he likes the cover for this what I had so far.
Really the only thing not done were their clothes, although I think it kind of adds to the effect that they're colored and not their clothes.
Or I'm making up crap as I go along :'D

This is a nice piece. The background is somewhat sparse, but its colors work well for the subjects. Additionally, you did a good job with the shading. And, of course, the poses are great: dynamic, cute, and very effective in portraying a sense of affection and love. A very nice 'couple' piece.
And, yeah, school's a nightmare when it comes to finishing art pieces. Regardless, though, nice job!

Yeah, I think trying to think of a background for this was one of my biggest problems once upon a time ago when I was doing this :'D Fact is, I actually don't draw furry characters that much so I was happy with the way I did his characters.
Also, yes, and with my Photoshop teacher, it's even worst at times 8C Though He's been weirdly nice this term, so I'm wondering if he's been getting laid or something.

Anyway, again, nice work, even if you didn't have time to finish it. Cute piece. I also think you did quite a good job with the drawing, seeing as how you don't draw furry char's much. The proportions are all correct, the foreshortening and posing is spot-on, and the line-art itself is quite good. Nice job.
