fun fact, lots of places have emergency water reserves imported from Raeva, an island where it's always raining! while not every island has to rely on Raeva-imported water, for larger cities it's kind of a necessity and Raeva is one of the richer island nations for their one single export of water

the Ocean creates water on the underside of islands, which naturally rises up through the dirt and collects. you can make wells and gather water through wells and so long as you don't exceed the Ocean's generative output you won't run out of water

the strands you see criss-crossing the Void also sometimes create water in the form of rain

you can use the Ocean to cook with in the sense that you can have an auroral-powered stove

otherwise consuming the Ocean is either unpleasant but harmless or very harmful or gives you magic powers like oxi on the right there

Probably worth it. You should just drink lots of ocean water as a general rule anyway.
