I think the one with the hand pump will win because the one that is pressing down on the foot pedal will eventually become too light to press down on it but the one who has the hand pump is using the force of their belly as a stabilizer and of course their belly is just going to keep getting bigger making it better it's stabilizing allowing them to pump easier than the other one X3
