Final Lily design drafts! :concepts:
This is it! Getting to lock in Lily's design for the foreseeable future of the PvA Project. One last batch of designs for Lily, both overall designs being considered to use as breeds in the project. Just a matter of which will be Lily. Personally, I'm looking at H but I'd like to hear from you guys what you think.
A-E = Inspired from the African Wild Dog, these color schemes came to me and I had to see them on Lily. I knew I had to use them in some way. Some how.
F-H = After doing the AWD pattern, I put on Lily's original colors. Afraid F might be too close to a Mightyena design, but then I did H and I can say that would be far enough that she won't be mistaken.
One side note about a Nickelie idea. Thinking of applying parts of the opposite color scheme into Nick's design. Putting it in that Nick could be a mixed breed. The look that I showed off of Nick previously would not change too much, just rework a few colors.
Any comments or suggestions thus far? Feel free to share your thoughts!

Any of the bottom three are good though I would lean towards F and H, I think Lily looks best in dark colours.
Also I really like all the different designs you've made here even if they don't make it into the game.
Lastly is there any chance we could see what a fuller Lilly would look like with the new designs? I think that would help some people make a decision on which design is their favourite.

I would have to agree. The dark colors just seem to fit Lily more, not just because of how we knew Lily before but also the type of character she is. As for the other designs, they can all potentially be used for the game as other breeds of what species Lily is. That is a good idea about a full Lily too! The one problem I've been wondering is if the white belly will look right with the large patch on her back. Guess we'll see after I draw out a test pic.
A to E all have the same problem for me, yellow as a color could work, brown as a color could work, but yellow and brown mixed is just atrocious.
Of the remaining three, I like F best, though I do agree that it is close to a mightyena. In the other two the face is just too dark. Perhaps G with the white reaching up to the eyes would work?
