Personally, I like A a bit more, but I feel like that's because A feels like it's been lined a bit more while B still looks a little light on the lines. As if you had spent more time drawing and lining A then you did with B but I could be mistaken.
Don't get me wrong though, they both look good! I just feel like A got more attention to details here.
