Hedda was born in a large house in her home country of Germany. She had a massive family of eight; six brothers and one sister, all older. Her life was torture. Being the smallest, she was the one most often pushed around. She did anything and everything they told her to do. Eventually, her own father had enough of it. Hedda was then put through a very extensive and difficult training method. She grew bigger, stronger, and eventually beat all of her siblings! She was the youngest, but now she was the biggest. Now whatever she said they did; she was the dominant sibling; the alpha. However Hedda was hooked onto this feeling. She no longer wanted to be the alpha of the household, she wanted to be the alpha of everyone. She wanted to be bigger and better than everyone else and be the one in control. So, she continued her training. She pushed her body to its limits, then continued. Despite the pain, despite the struggle, she craved more.
It wasn't until a loss of control over her own power, and a talk with a dear friend to see just how selfish that was. She learned that control isn't guaranteed and knows to treat others a bit better. She is now a teacher for a dojo under the ownership of Kentaro.
Hedda, even after realizing her flaws, is still similar to how she was before. Hedda likes to be in control of any given situation involving her. Even if she had no expertise in the matter, she wants to have the final verdict. She often uses her size and strength to her advantage, but doesn't do it on friends. Hedda just wants to be viewed as a leader material.
Hedda's Ki ability seemed to involve making her muscles and body extremely heavy and dense. This allows her to withstand major impacts and to not be able to be moved easily. However, focusing or pushing it too far can actually make her body to dense to move. She once broke through the flooring of a building and couldn't move her body when it embedded itself in the concrete foundation.

I know this is nitpicking, but Stone isn't a german name. If you want to keep it call her Stein, which would be the translation of stone or at least explain why she changed her lastname into an english one.
I get it that it's supposed to be a reference to the Hedda Stone, that sculpture, but it's still looks so odd.
