HEAD

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head fits comfortably, it fits a variety of head sizes. It's lined comfortably. The ventilation is good, I don't have any problems breathing as the muzzle is hallow from my mouth to the outside. The vision is absolutely terrible. It's very dark and the eye slots are very small compared to their outer appearance. This picture (http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=334uop4&s=9#.WLXNMW8rLIU ) shows the actual vision of the suit. You can only see in between the fingers. I cannot see most of the time when wearing the suit, I tend to look out of the mouth more than the eyes. It doesn't seem to matter who puts on the suit or the size of their head, they can't see well either. There is also a decent blind spot in the front, which would be fine if it had decent vision overall. The maker did mention that there was a blind spot but did not mention anything about the vision being poor otherwise.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The symmetry seems fine as well as the shaving.
The black fur has a very soft feel to it, while the orange red fur feels like a normal fur you'd receive. The white fur in the eyes isn't as soft as the other colors but I believe that's just the type of fur they used. I'm fairly satisfied with the look of the head. I like the grumpy style, but I can say that I don't like how big the head is on me. It looks like a bobble head. It looked normal when my family member put it on, who's much taller and larger than I am. The eyes are static. The back of the head and the neck seem to be attached to the rest of the suit by glue. 3 of the teeth fell out as soon as I put it on straight out of the box.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
I was severely unsatisfied with the handpaws. Before I had sent the payment I had asked what the handpaw size was like. I asked if they would fit a normal medium size hand and they claimed that they should. When I received them I could not fit my hand into them without squeezing them on to the point where it left red scratch marks on my hand. Once they were on, there was no lining on the inside of the paw, and they were so uncomfortable. I don't think there was any sewing put into those paws. It was held together with glue and you could feel that. There was also a hole in one of the paws where my finger slipped through next to one of the paw finger areas. I was told that they weren't matted or anything yet the orange red fur never looked any better when I attempted to brush it out.
The maker did offer to make me updated paws for $50 but I feel as though the original product should have had updated paws instead of the one they sent, even if it put a higher price on the partial.

Appearance Satisfaction

Symmetry was fine, the shaving on the orange red fur wasn't great. It was choppy. The fur would have felt okay if it wasn't all held together with glue making the whole thing hard and uncomfortable.

The tail fits fine. It's lightweight and comfortable. I haven't had anything bad happen with the tail as of this time. No popping seams, or anything.

Everything is fine on the tail. The symmetry is fine, I don't believe there is any shaving done, the furs are soft.

I was fairly unsatisfied. I feel as though it shouldn't have been sold in the condition it was in, at least not without an honest reveal of the quality before shipping.

Pros:
Quick communication.

Cons:
Dishonest about quality of suit before purchase.
Fairly unwearable suit.


I've been told that their quality is better now, and it looks like they've improved from their outer appearance but I'm scared to ever purchase from them again as the suit in this review looked like a decent suit from the outside, while in reality it's not.
