This is believe it or not Sandy Cheeks from the cartoon Spongebob, who is honestly way too great of a character to be on it, I surprised she doesn't have her own Spin-Off Series by this point.
This is the 2 in the 2 part request that ACPawz from DA wanted, request that I draw Sandy with 5 toes instead of her usual 3, in all Honesty I really like how this came out, it's a picture where I had to do the most shading in it.
