It's a joke, really. Ryunosuke knows it's inevitable, but there are times where Futoru's Tsundere nature catches him off guard.

Originally, Futoru was meant to be the fattest member of The RokuNin, but Ryunosuke seems to have taken that role. Especially if you look at their group photo....

Yeah, Ryu indeed seems like the fattest one over there.
But I'm sure Futoru doesn't mind that he isn't the fattest between them.
