It seemed fitting enough that Lucern actually try to impress at least SOMEONE with some affection on this day of all days, what with his 'condition' and all. The fiasco at the art gallery a couple months back was enough to keep him locked in his apartment for weeks. But now he was confident enough about not embarrassing himself this time. Armed with a bouquet or roses, and the finest chocolates he could find, he started out. Almost to his destination he noticed the red on the box and thought to himself 'almost like a succubus' skin..' and at that point, it was too late. His shirt had pushed outward, his pants now a little too tight, and suddenly his head felt heavier... Today was already heading south.
