I sometimes have found myself struggling with this lately. I don't go after the people who own the characters and stuff because from them it was all with permission and agreed and harmless.

But I still have trouble NOT applying the morality and everything of the situation to the CHARACTERS. My mind, with the way I've been raised and everything, can't see it as anything but murder, subconsciously antagonising the pred CHARACTER (NOT the PERSON). I've found what somewhat helps for me is mentally changing the context and outcomes into ones where vore is common and all prey reforms or something.


Incidentally, TBH I don't see much difference between "kill" and "melt" in terms of digestion. To me, whether the prey is killed or not depends on what happens to their conscious and not their body (which is also a large part as to why I can't understand the "Become one with/part of the pred" appeal most seem to like - to me, it's just the body and not the person themselves (of whom is then dead), unless Sentient Pudge/Fat is also in effect (which it usually isn't)). I'd be interested in hearing your stance on the difference between the terms.
