The Yamoi, a race of nomadic forest lizard, travels all over the world in order to bring life back to nature... in exchange for theirs.

And no, not all of them dress like this. Most of them just wear the usual long robe or the usual tribal clothing. They're pantless though like all the lizard races with them lizard tails.
