Having lived through my share of night shifts back in the 70's at a dismal factory, you really captured the atmosphere! Looks like he hadn't even managed to get his clothes off before he fell asleep.

Funny thing is, it can be a very pleasant experience when you've stayed up all night working on something you love to do, then dozing off at dawn, so the picture works well both ways.

Luckily I don't work in a factory but Night shifts can still just stuck. It seems that no matter what you do there is too much light in the room.

Working on something you love all night can be fun but unfortunately those experiences don't come by often.
