This... is going to take forEVER to finish... mostly because of all the colouring involved. But it'll be awesome.
So let's see... what do we have here so far?
-Exterior body profile + markings
-Detail to show tongue
-Internal organs
-Detail showing one of the symbiotic worms that inhabits the gut
-Worm locomotion - stretched and compressed
-Rib expansion diagram to show how prey passes into lower body cavity
-Stages of swallowing (unfinished) with blue goat volunteer
...Is there anything any of you think i still need for this ref? I mean, aside from the obvious, like labels and stuff... that will come. But are there any other views or details that should be included?
So yeah, this is a lot of work, and obviously in progress. This is like three pages of drawings put together :P

I second genitals, mostly because on FA they're a mandatory addition to any ref sheet. XD I love the worms, I can imagine them tickling prey items while assisting in digestion. >3 And yes, the tongue is awesome. XD Of course. The internal organs look really great, I think you have officially taken ref sheets to a whole new level of detail. XD

This is absolutely amazing as is, though I cannot wait to see the finished product. I can't wait to see the diagram of the swallowing process too. xD I was hoping to see what the pouch looked like if you were to see it, like... I guess you can say stretched open? To see an inside view of it from the front. Even since you mentioned the pouch back when you did that image of Equustra 'swallowing' the goat, I've been fascinated with it. But maybe that's just me! x3 I do hope you ustream when you decide to color this! :P

Yeah, i've never really drawn it... (at least not since i was a young teen going through puberty >.>) i don't know why. These worms this character has are like my first foray into it in my art... and naturally it's easy to get into the design work, due to the nature of what i'm designing. :3
Very cool ref pic, though i'm curiuos as to the three profiles on the right side of the pic, are they more for when you do a colorization or something? I'd also recomend a shot showing possibly the maximum you could tuck away, belly all nice and stretched out around a "guest" or two (or more depending...)
man... that's a lot of vertevrae xD the lungs do look kinda small, but since he is a fantasy creature then guess something must compensate that, something like super-efficient blood, some extra red blood cells or a more efficient form of hemoglobin could support that body.
