I'm still alive, yes!
I have been idling on FA everyday for a few minutes but never got the chance to work again on my drawings during these last 6 months. I'm still trying to settle down a unique painting technique that represents me, something that would make others think "Hey, that's GlowingSpirit's style!". I have the bad habit to get influenced by... well, anything I see around art sites. During these past years I've never had a "style"... just kept experimenting to find my only one, needless to say I've never actually been TOTALLY convinced about those; I've horribly unsatisfied with my art, especially lately. I needed something new, fresh, fun to work on. But now, this one really makes me proud, an mixed canvas painting with thick brush strokes interferring with the main subject, colours colliding with each other, mystic scenery. Ah, I could go on forever about this piece!

Long story short: I will offer these as commissions, replacing the old versions of my past concept of "bust/portrait picture. Thanks Blue for being my model u_u You were so fun to paint! ♥

Oh, and did you know I started University in the Informatic/programming field?
During these last months I spent all my efforts and time to prepare exams and attend all the classes. It's been very tough. I gave 3 exams out of 4 but I feel the last one I gave a few days ago did not go very well. Gah, coming from a completely different field does not help at keeping up with all the work. Some Engeneering classes are sooo tough, but I'm trying to get used to everything. :) I like my University and I intend to follow this path.
