So it was late at night and I only had little time ti make a card for my mom. Unfortunetly, I only had crayons and they were worn out a bit. But I still managed to make a good card. On the card, it says:

Gracias por cuidar de mí y de mi hermano. Usted siempre me animan cuando me sentía triste. Por lo tanto, cabe esperar, voy a hacer lo mismo a usted por lo que han hecho por mí.
Translation: Thank you for taking care of me and my brother. You've always cheer me up when I was feeling sad. So hopefully, I'll do the same to you for what you have done for me.
