Fastelavn! a nice spring celebration we have here in the north.
its often celebrated sweet buns with whipped cream!
And we take in branches, tie colourful feathers and other decor to them, letting them be indoors till the first leaves pop out.

accessories and such are A ok (scarves, collars, piercings, jewelry and so on, nothing huge)
wings can also be added, but will be shrunk since its a chibi ;)

As long as it can match up to the body somewhat, then yes. (a creature walking on fours, taur type, or mer creature wouldn't really work that well.)
Horns, wings and such are easily added, so no worries about that. The last winner was more human in appearance, so those also work.
