Atomi is a mystery that stretches as far back as time itself. Her creation origin is unknown, her power limit is unknown, a lot of things are unknown. It is believed that she came from another world, or quite possibly was created from the very smallest power of the Big Bang. You can ask her, but she won't tell you. Atomi is very sweet but she is mischievous sometimes.

Atomi possesses a very potent power. Despite her extremely small frame, Atomi is basically gifted with the very essence of the universe itself. In part, she can do just about anything. She loves to observe ad watch what the larger world does. However she can alter her own size. If she ever feels like it, she can make her body or any part of her body large enough to exist on any plane of existence. Atomi uses this only to ever interact with those she finds that peaks her curiosity.

This character was partially inspired by  9-puzzle and their astronomical growth pics. So a creature can grow large enough to break the universe, but what if the creature was so small it was never even known to have existed? Makes it even more awesome.
