Tommy Felleps at an early age had a dream one night about his destiny and what he was going to do with his life. " I'm going to grow myself a direction in life." so he began the very next day to do just that. Going down to the plain dirt field since Tommy had ever known, he sat himself in the middle. Now Tommy was no expert on how to grow things too good but his father had known a thing or two about it so he too had learned those things. He planeted his hopes and desires. He planted his loves and dreams. He planted everything any folk could possibly live on in the soil he stood upon and he waited. Now people started to come around and ask Tommy what he was planting there in that soil and so he told them what it was. They would just laugh and laugh saying " Tommy aint no one ever growing directions in life." they called him a fool and after a week of waiting without growth he was the laughing stock of the town. Those weeks turned into months, and those months turned into years and every year after the next that ground still remained poor empty dirt yet Tommy waited patiently as the day he had planted it. More years passed and that young body of Tommy's began to show age. His parents had moved on long ago, as did his friends and everyone else Tommy had known but he waited still watching that there ground. Still time passed on and soon Tommy had become an old man who just sat there staring at the ground. A stranger walked up and looked upon him with sad eyes. He had known the story of Tommy " Why Mister, why would you sit there your whole life and waste it all away?" Tommy had hardly heard anything at the point, but he had heard that question. With weary eyes he looked up and said " But that is where you are wrong. I grew here with my own bare hands a direction in life. It might not have been what everyone else had wanted but I had grown it. I had grown it..." after those words Tommy had died. Just fallen over and died on that very spot. It's been years and years since then and the strangest miracle occured. That field began to bloom flowers of all kinds and became one of the most beautiful anyone ever did see.
