Practice with Konicoon
I wanted to draw a character with more humanoid legs as that's closer to the practice material so figured I try use
konicoon's character.
I'm not practicing hands or feet atm so I'm not too bothered about them looking off. The thickness of the arms and legs however is bothering me. The contrast in form between the limbs and torso makes no sense.
Oh well, I mainly practice drawing from the shoulder. Followed the first part of the first lesson from http://drawabox.com today.
I'm still worrying a lot about the coming class starting next week and how much I would be able to follow these drawing lessons from http://drawabox.com and Proko on Youtube next to all study material I have to follow. They say a lot about trying to have fun in them but tension from my study is ruining that for me. I really want to make progress and the only way that would be possible is if I invest a couple of hours in this almost every day.

Try not to see it as 'all or nothing' when it comes to the practice you can do. If you can only spare 20 minutes of drawing, that's better than nothing!
And try to keep yourself in the moment when it comes to the tension from the upcoming study. You won't know how you feel and how much time you have until class starts, so why let it ruin today?

Sorry for not replying before.
That's true, I just need to be better at keeping up with my schedules, structurize my days better.
My laptop was finally repaired about a week ago and I'm trying to use that more as a work space and my own PC only for entertainment. A way to prevent myself from being distracted.
It's a class I have to redo so it's already not that great although the reason I kept failing before was because I was too stressed from the previous classes as this class has very little lecture hours in the first week.
Hopefully by better structured days and using my laptop more for study and art practice I can do both better.
Idk I'm still anxious today.

Structure sounds like a great way to help keep yourself on track. Separating your work space from your entertainment should also help with focusing, good call with that!
I'm sorry to hear you have to redo a class, at least you're going in with the knowledge from before! And it sounds like all the classes combined before was too heavy a workload. How many classes are you doing this time? If it's just the one redo then that should help with the pressure.

I keep forgetting what seems normal for me might be unknown to others. My study is mainly made up out of 4 week classes most of which have a exam and assignment at the end. I'll have another class like that after this one. After that Something new, some kind of scientific literature thing which I apparently have to find a lecturer for myself, confused as all heck about that one but I need to do it because the class I didn't do now to rest, also because I simply wasn't able to redo that class for other reasons. There should be a 1 week vacation than though I think I'll end up extending the literature thing into that short vacation knowing my slowness and finally a 5 week class.
This class starts with lectures and some (stupidly long) articles to read first week, 2nd week a mix of that and lab work, 3rd week nothing but lab work and 4th week a report of the lab work and a exam from the lectures. That's how most classes go.
