Runescape Defence Pure Tacet
This is Tacet wielding a common defence pure PK'ing setup for defence pures of the Darklight weapon with Dragon Fire Shield.

I am making the account more like a skller that also happens to get 99 defence/HP.
As far as PK'ing, they are similar to that of an Obby Maul pure in that they hope for a single burst to kill. Defence pures can currently max hit for 45 and can hit that as low as around level 34. Dragonfire Shield has a max hit of 25 and Serpentine Helm has a max hit of 20. When they are synced together, it can kill pretty much any build that is not safing.

I am still building mine to 99/75 in hopes they eventually add some kind of new item that would bring back the build.
Currently, I am just afk training it during streams and skilling on it when I actually play.
