Guy goes to Alola region.
Guy purchases Aloan Raichu mask in shack by the beach.
Guy puts on mask and is enveloped in TF Goo.
Guy, now an adorable Aloan Raichu, doesn't waste time with pointless freakouts or deep thought. He just goes surfing.
Guy encounters a Trainer on their Lapras who tries to capture him. He briefly takes his mask off to prove he's human. Points the Trainer to the shack before putting his mask back on and returns to his very important surfing and other activities as a cute little Aloan Raichu.
