BIO: Gorou is the main hitman for the Genko family. He has plied his trade for them for many years. He is a first cousin to Quentin, and has faithfully followed his younger cousin's control. Many years ago, he had a hit on a young family who had crossed the family by failing to uphold their end of a deal. After his deed was done, he realized that the youngest daughter of the house had watched him silently from the shadows without a sound. Normally he would have dispatched her as well. But her silence, and her seeming detachment to what she had witnessed caught his attention. He then took the young three year old home and adopted her as his own. Though she has no blood relation to the family, Kanae has grown fiercely protective of the family that has adopted her. Gorou, seeing the young girl's affinity for the shadows and her unusual silence, took her under his wing and started to teach her his trade, much to the disapproval of the family. And when he proposed that after his death, that she take his place, a large inter-family fight began, mostly lead by Gorou's oldest blood son. Despite the discrimination of her gender doing the work she has come to love, she remains loyal to the Genko family. Even if she now must watch her back more carefully.

This is a beginning sketch for two characters for Kesame, on DA's, current... meme/project? I know her legs are too short, but Ill fix that when its finished. Everyone seems to be making more of the Nishikigoi family then the Genko... >.> Probably because of the fur patterns. XD
