It's taken a long time off and on, and the background took more time than it should have to complete but i'm very happy with how it turned out, and I don't know what else to add to it. Here is Iccia Octavius meeting her human counterpart Charlotte Yin; Iccia was an one selected for an Alliance Navy/Hierarchy Navy exchange of officers and crewmen, where Iccia went to an Alliance vessel Charlotte went to a Turian one. And it just so happened they stopped out on Earth around the same time, and place... just as planned.

They decided to hang out and tell one another about stories and experiences, Iccia told of how serving under a quite notable Captain was and what the new class of ship was like, Charlotte spoke on how things were very different and strangely similar the two Navies did things and how she enjoyed the regimented lifestyle. So they spent a week together travelling and generally getting to know each other, they decided to visit Nevada; Charlotte's father's home state. Iccia loved it, it was like her home, Charlotte liked it but found it a bit too hot so at the last day they returned to the cooler Paris.

I don't know if I'll advance Charlotte's character, though I might and it's nice to have a companion character who isn't a love interest. Jakis needs a rest after all :P
