The Zilva, more commonly known as the Silver Beasts, these silvery carnivores lives in the mountain forests in the northern hemisphere in Omega Age.
Cunning and dangerous hunters with the intelligence similar to the dolphins, they hunt in packs and have excellent senses, despite the lack of nose and ears. Each pack is lead by an Alpha, who is physically a lot different as it is twice larger in size than the normal Silver Beast and grow more thick fur around the upper body. It is still unknown how the Alpha triggered this kind of metamorphosis.
It is still yet to prove how these creatures evolved. Some speculate they evolved from penguins when they start walking like dogs, but it found hard to believe since the Silver Beasts are mammals.
A/N: The Silver Beasts is one of the many Omega Age-wildlife that evolved in a unique way and more will most definitely come!

Super sorry about the late reply. I have no idea how I overlooked this question of yours. ^^;
To answer your question, both male and females share the same size until either one of them undergoes a metamorphosis into an Alpha. They hunt in packs, yes, but they possess superior intelligence than lions and wolves as they are capable in building efficient tactics.
