Dang. I was on a camping trip when mine hit. Last thing I remember was holding a candy bar and passing out. Then waking up in a hospital. My mom told me I was out for 2 weeks. She also told me my diabetes was caused by my xxy chromosomes. Or the other way around idk.

Could not get it controlled for the pump. I've been on humilog regular lantus nph. I love sweets too! But the doc recently told me that my "grace period" is up and that if I dont get shit under control blah blah. So no starch diet! No chili dogs no sushi no good foods! Ahhhhh! Killing me!

I've been on the border line to get the pump before....then my doctor said having a pump might help me since it automatically delivers to you continuously...it was nice...but I've been naughty n putting off paying it off xD;
