HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Nothing pokes me, although the part where my nose is supposed to rest is too shallow, so it squishes my nose a little bit. The ventilation is pretty good, and the vision is as good as most.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The symmetry is perfect, everything looks great regarding her shape. I requested that there be less cheek fluff like most cats, and the suit turned out great. The shaving is very even as well. The ears are stiff, which is not a problem unless someone at con pushes them forward or back. It matches the concept art very well. The eyes are toony, and are my favorite part of the head. The one and only problem here is that the teeth look like they're 3D printed, and glued to the mouth. So at times I worry that they'll rip out with the slightest tug on the jaw.
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The hands fit perfectly, and the paw pads are secure. The feet are a bit big, but I can still walk around without fear that they'll fall off. The seams are fine as well.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The fur color matches the rest of the suit. The symmetry is fine, and the shaving is even. The color of the pads is off, but it's not a major problem at all
TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The tail is perfect. The straps are very strong, and it slides right on to my belt. There are no rips or tears.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The colors really pop, and the symmetry is perfect. I love the little curl at the end, so the tail just barely touches the ground when i'm standing. Shaving is perfect as well, and the tail is very fluffy and soft.
OVERALL VISUAL SATISFACTION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with the overall visual aspects associated with the costume. How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?
If there was no concept art, please state N/A
The suit matches almost perfectly. There is a slight error with the location of the stars on her hands, but I really don't want to send them out because I'm worried I won't get them back.
How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
Everything works! The colors match, everything fits, that's all perfect.
MAKER INTERACTION AND COMMISSION PROCESS
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with all the aspects of communication between you and the maker. How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
The first time contacting them was a breeze. They responded very quickly
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Sometimes it took an hour, other times it took a week.
I didn't really mind until it came close to time
How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
Every single deadline was missed. They would constantly set a window of time for completion, and then move it back when it was missed.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
I'm very satisfied with the suit. It's an adorable style, and nothing's ripped or broken.
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
this is where all my negativity comes from. They were very unprofessional. When I ordered my suit in June, they told me it would be complete in August. When August came, they said it would be complete in October. I didn't mind, because I didn't really need it until January, and they seemed very confident that they could compete it. In October, they said they would include a bodysuit free of charge to compensate for my wait, and they said it would be shipped mid December. When Mid December came, they said early January next. I told them repeatedly about my deadline, and they said it wouldn't be a issue. They day before the deadline, They said they'd overnight ship it. On the day of the deadline, they said they'd ship it that night. My deadline was January 27th, and I received it February 1st, completely missing my most important deadline.
Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
The pros are the quality of the suits. The suits are absolutely adorable, and well made. I wear Nova all the time, and I love her. What made me rate this maker so low was the deadline. When they told me that Nova would be completed in early January, I looked at their commission list. They had way over 25 suits to complete, and mine was number 19. This is way too many for any suit maker, even full time.
If they thought that they'd miss the deadline, they should have told me. If they had, I would've given them a good review. But they led me on time and time again.

Maker here, she did receive her bodysuit not too soon after this. I admittedly had a few things to smooth out my business, which is mostly just due to overloading myself. But I try to makeup for the missed deadlines such as offering the bodysuit. Kinda sucks that was left out.
