Spectre Paw- Practitioner of the dark arts, mortal enemy of Lightning Leo. I really wanted to come up with a rival/enemy for Lightning Leo, and this is what I came up with. There are a few more details I want to add to the character,

Age: 29
Occupation: Dark Wizard, former Archaeologist

The head general of the Shadow Claw Organization, Often in charge of overseeing missions and plots, often butts heads with Lightning Leo.

His powers are shadow based magic, drawing out shadows to incapacitate and attack others, often in the form of claws or lesser demon forms. He also can perform very basic magics with shields and weak energy blasts.

He is very haughty and arrogant, very determined to get the job done by whatever means necessary for his leader: Kaiser 74

He draws his powers from runes sewn into his robes, without the runes on his person he is effectively powerless. Leo often subdues him by destroying his robes, causing the Wizard to lose all momentum and flee, literally stripped of his powers.
