Sekoun is sort of a monkey’s paw of demons in a way. Will grant any wish that will work perfectly for a while - maybe even a few! But the wishes will always come back to bite them in the end and he’ll collect the souls when they are done.

The more corrupted/greedy/selfish the person gets before they die the better (and tastier), but there are some that make wishes for selfless reasons and remain more or less “clean” those souls he keeps as mementos on his horns instead of eating them
