Question: are those super-highlights on his tongue, or piercings?
Regardless, this is pretty good. I have to be honest in that I like your watercolor art more, but your style definitely comes across in this piece. You have a great economy of strokes, not using too many, but using just enough to convey the character's texture, look and color (I know I have a tendency to saturate the paper with marker ink). I especially like the way you did Jimmy's eye and his hair. Very cool, the green is quite a nice contrast with the steel gray.
I think if there are any flaws in this (even though it's 'awesome' as you noted in the keywords), I would have to say the highlights on his nose (it just looks weird to me, I guess) and the way the face/jaw is shaped. The way his eye is cocked suggests his head is tilted fully to the side, but the way his muzzle is rendered implies a different pose. I don't know, maybe whatever took out his eye realigned his jaw too. I don't mean to malign your work, I only hope that my criticism helps in some way, if that is possible. You're still a really good artist, and I'm just too honest for my own good.
Regardless, I still think this is a nice piece. You did a really good job of shading the fur, and he actually looks "furry" rather than just a dog-like human whose artist was too lazy to render the character's fur in a convincing manner. The character is also intriguing, as the viewer, of course, wonders how Jimmy lost his eye (assuming he did), and why he's called Saint (of course, it's much more infinitely likely he's a thug rather than a model Roman-Catholic). Anyway, nice. Look forward to seeing more of your characters, man!

Oh lordy my tags, hell I never know what to put in it XDD
They're just extreme highlights similar to the ones on his nose and sometimes I put them in the eyes. I must admit I did the ones on the tongue a bit tactlessly .
That's always something that bothers me, I love textures and details, but sometimes it's just too much for the feel of a picture so that's one thing i watch whenever I do art XD.
That's something I messed up on was the perspective, he was going to be looking up and I drew it wrong so I decided to just have it be straight and forgot to fix certain parts of the pic, I'm keeping my eye on that problem next time XD
Thank you though!!
I'm really glad you find him intriguing, he's fairly new and just a random character that doesn't belong in any particular story yet. He may end up in Cage's for all I know :I

You're welcome! Who he really reminds me of is Kikuo Toguchi from MPD-Psycho. But, anyway...
Yeah, perspective is annoying. It's probably the thing I have the most trouble with in drawing. Just takes a lot of practice, I guess. And he still looks pretty cool, anyway.
Again, man, nice work.
