I started this journey as a Lancer from Gridania. I felled Ifrit, joined Limsa Lominsa's Maelstrom. Titan, Garuda, Omega Weapon, Leviathan, Ramuh, Shiva, Odin fell to me and my friends. I learned of the great Ascian Threat to our world, and other worlds. I pursued and became the Crimson Dragoon. I met the spirit of, and was tamed by Midgardsommr. I helped a twin build an Army to defend Eorzea from threats. I watched his dream be dashed as I was framed for a crime most foul. I Fled to the North, to the lands of Ishgard. In the Northern City of Towers and Dragon Killers, I learned the beauty and artifice in a new profession. I took up arms for those who sheltered me. I made new friends, new alliances. Faced new threats, and helped a Nation End hostility and a Hundred Year War. Rediscovered my old friends who had been lost. I traveled through time in a Giant Goblin City made Primal. I watched an Old Ruined City of Scholars get rebuilt. I have started the process, and nearly finished creating a Weapon... which houses a Sentient Soul, a soul bonded to me. I witnessed an Old Friend, give his life to stop another Primal Threat. I stared across a Wall dividing a Conquered Land from Freedom and Peace.

I await the chance to head into those Lands, break the tyranny of an Empire. To Cross the Red Sea. To visit Othard, and its conquered lands. To dive beneath the waves. To see new tribes of beastman, to face new threats to our world. I will pick up the Katana when that time comes, and see if the call of Bushido is stronger than the call of the Fire Arm.
