Hehehe, I've on occasion done odder things than that, sometimes to the great annoyance of my housemates. XD Woke up one morning around three or so with this awesome idea, and headed right out into my wood shop. Didn't occur to me right away that the people living in the room ABOVE said wood shop would not enjoy sound-o-tablesaw at 3AM. XD

Yeah, that's a reason why I'd love to have my own small house. To be able to vacuum the carpets at midnight or sing aloud or whatever :D

I've got funny times to sleep or be awake (sleeping problems have always accompanied my life). So I understand that well, as well as the "Wow, I really want to do this now!" you must have felt.

Exactly, that would be all kinds of awesome. :D Plus, having a house of your own would let you dedicate the space as you like, with plenty of room for hobbies and stuff. I don't really have any kind of sleeping problem, I'll just occasionally get these awesome ideas, and want to do SOMETHING with them before I forget. In the case of the wood shop thing, I had figured out how I could manage to laminate wood correctly without a jointer, as long as I used my planer creatively. It even worked, but the people above me were rather annoyed. XD

*look confused* which hardware do you mean? And Photoshop... well, when I became a graphic arts designer I had to work with it. Though I haven't done any layouting for a loooooong time. 7 years at least. :/

Ah, for some reason I thought you were working with a new program or tool on this one, perhaps I'm just crossing up a couple of the artists I watch. It's certainly better than I could do, about all I do with Photoshop aside from edit my photos is resizing and tweaking stuff for buttons. :)

Oh, no, you're right, I did the sketching with SAI, but then went over to PS as I know this way better and the time was running out, was not the right moment to start fiddling in SAI with this one ^^""

Well, whatever program you ended up using, I still like it, and I think it came out awesome. When time is running out, it is definitely not the time to start fiddling around with a program you're unfamiliar with, that's for sure!
