Kayden's master/adoptive mother! Hono was known mostly as Kayden's master, she did raise Kayden but was not like a mother, she had Kayden be put in a house on the outside of the kingdom and had maids take care of Kayden, she was only involved with Kayden's training. she trained Kayden herself along while training her daughter Shi.
Hono can control shadows and blood in people's bodies. She is almost immortal if Hono drinks blood from living creatures she is able to retain her young and beautiful looks. She has the rare ability that when she drinks someone's blood she gains their powers, whether it be physical strength or magical powers. She had cursed her son, her daughter and then Kayden, Kayden has the same type of curse she has, but she has to eat the bodies instead of drinking the blood.
Hono forever has Kayden's soul bound to her, unless Hono is killed, Kayden can never be free from her master.
